Travail Global franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds, but all share a common desire: to succeed and excel in business management. Previous experience in team management, human resources or business development is a valuable asset.
However, we don't necessarily require specific experience in the recruitment industry. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with all the tools and knowledge you need to effectively manage your franchise and maximize your entrepreneurial potential.
Minimum requirements to become a franchisee
To guarantee your success and that of the franchise, we ask :
- A personal financial contribution : Unborrowed funds of at least 100 000 $.
- Availability : Be prepared to devote time and effort to daily activities.
- Formation : Agree to follow a comprehensive training program to acquire the necessary skills before investing.
- Geographical flexibility : Be open to relocating as opportunities arise in your region or elsewhere.
Functioning and opportunities
A proven franchise model
At Travail Global, most franchisees join the network by opening a new branch or taking over an existing one. Each location is unique, and the cost of acquisition varies accordingly.
- Opening a new franchise : An ideal opportunity in regions where demand is growing rapidly.
- Acquiring an existing franchise : Costs will be determined by a detailed financial appraisal and negotiations between buyer and seller.
Training for success:
Before any acquisition or opening, all franchisees undergo intensive training, combining theory and practice, to ensure they are fully prepared to manage their franchise.
The 10-step application process
Share your personal information, skills and motivation to join the Travail Global network.
Our team reviews your application to make sure you meet the basic criteria for becoming a franchisee.
An initial discussion to assess your ambitions and introduce you to Travail Global's business model and values.
Meet with our regional manager to discuss the details of your project and its potential in your area.
Analysis of your financial capacity and the franchise opportunities available in your region or elsewhere.
Spend several days in an existing branch to observe our daily operations and talk to established franchisees.
Present your project to the management team to validate your application and discuss your development plan.
Take part in our training program combining theory and practice to prepare you to effectively manage your franchise.
Once training is complete, finalize negotiations to open or acquire your franchise.
Receive the keys to your agency and start your business with ongoing support from Travail Global.
Training and preparation
A customized program to guarantee your success
Travail Global offers an intensive training course of 1 600 heures_including :
- Agency management modules.
- Practical immersion in existing agencies.
- Courses on technological tools and marketing strategies.
Training can be taken full-time (35-40 hours a week) or part-time, depending on your availability.
Course duration : Between 9 months and 2 years, at your own pace.
